Egypt is hosting the U8, U10, and U12 FIDE World Cadet Championships, which features over 500 players from 66 nations. Representing Uzbekistan are 14 members of the national team.
At the preliminary round, Feruzbek Sobirov, Javokhir Bozorov, Khusnorakhon Khusnitdinova, and Sevinch Davlatova all emerged victorious, while Abdurakhmon Rajabov and Oriyat Obidjonov tied.
The competition will go on until October 27.
