In light of his remarkable accomplishments in the establishment of legal safeguards for the protection and promotion of legitimate human interests, the implementation of a set of organizational, legislative, and economic measures intended for the integration of children in need of assistance and support into society, and his constant support for the activities of the Charitable Foundation for assisting children in need of care, named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which embodies the noble principles of our ancestors, and his implementation of the principles of humanity, justice, and charity in the development of charitable activities in our country, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan has decided:
