SEOUL, Oct. 30 (Yonhap) — GS Engineering & Construction Corp. reported on Monday that their third-quarter net profit dropped to 11.7 billion won (US$8.7 million), a decrease of 92.7 percent year-over-year.
The company also stated in a regulatory filing that their operating profit for the quarter was 60.2 billion won, a decrease of 45.5 percent from the average estimate according to a survey by Yonhap Infomax, the financial data firm of Yonhap News Agency. Additionally, sales rose 5.2 percent to 3.1 trillion won. (END)
