Gauhar Battalova, Editor-in-Chief of the Bashkortostan Television and Radio Company, is spearheading a creative team to Bukhara to craft a documentary about the city’s ancient and timeless beauty. The Bashkortostan Television and Radio Company, which comprises four television companies and four radio stations with over 700 employees, will be broadcasting the documentary in Russian and Bashkir languages.
The creative team is capturing the picturesque sights of Bukhara, its one-of-a-kind landscape, and the hospitality of the Uzbekistan people. “Bukhara is well-known to many people in Bashkortostan,” Gauhar Battalova stated. “There is a great interest in the unique architecture of the historical sites. Through this documentary, we aim to present these aspects in detail and raise awareness of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential and brand in Bashkortostan, encouraging more tourists to visit Bukhara.”
