The movie “Yakshanba” (“Sunday”), produced by the Cinematography Agency of Uzbekistan, was recognized at the Baku International Film Festival. Directed by Shokir Kholikov, the film won the award for “Best Screenplay”.
The film captivates viewers by portraying the genuine and pure relationship between a grandfather and grandmother, and simply and spectacularly revealing the realities of life.
