SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Yonhap) — Wizit Co. declared on Tuesday that it will issue stock to secure 5 billion won (US$3.7 million). The funds from the stock sale will be employed mainly to fund its operations.
Per a regulatory filing, the company will release some 8.69 million common shares at a price of 575 won per share. The stock will be allocated to the investors that the firm appointed.
