SEOUL, Sept. 15 (Yonhap) — Willings Co. declared on Friday that it will be selling stocks to generate 1 billion won (US$754,200). The funds from the stock sale will be used mostly to support its operations.
As per a filing with the authorities, the company will be presenting 101,214 common shares at a cost of 9,880 won per share. These shares will be allocated to the investors assigned by the firm.
