Uzbekistan’s national boxing team was victorious at the Asian Games in Hangzhou as Abdumalik Khalakov won the final match with Japan’s Shudai Harada. In a fierce battle, Khalakov clinched the gold medal.
Khalakov’s road to the final included victories against Lee Cheng Wei from Chinese Taipei, Nguyen Van Duong from Vietnam, Carlo Paalam from the Philippines, and Lyu Ping from China.
