Uzbekistan to Collaborate with Malaysian Company to Produce Electric Scooters

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Malaysia, Karomiddin Gadoyev, and the Managing Director of Pro Events and Marketing Sdn Bhd, Elaine Tam, held discussions on the potential implementation of a project to produce electric scooters. The Malaysian side is exploring the opportunity to manufacture compact electric scooters with three or four wheels, recognizing the promising market in Uzbekistan. The initial production volume is estimated to be 5,000 scooters per year, with potential for growth up to 10,000, including exports to the Central Asian market.
Furthermore, Pro Events and Marketing Sdn Bhd has expressed interest in collaborating on the development of artificial intelligence-based medical diagnostic software for Uzbekistan’s healthcare sector. The company’s leadership plans to visit Uzbekistan in the upcoming months to assess the feasibility of these proposed projects.
