The Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency of Uzbekistan held a gathering with a delegation from a number of Chinese pharmaceutical companies to discuss the potential of the Uzbek pharmaceutical industry and the prospects for exporting medical products.
Ulugbek Egamov, the Director of the Agency, talked about the opportunities for the industry’s growth. Discussions were then held with representatives of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE).
The Agency representatives established a strong relationship with China Meheco Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yiyuanli Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which specializes in vaccine research, production, and distribution in China.
