At the Uzbekistan – Korea Business Forum in Seoul, Foreign Ministers Bakhtiyor Saidov and Park Jin welcomed more than 300 representatives of leading companies from both countries. It is believed that the joint projects between Uzbekistan and South Korea will be worth around $13 billion. Additionally, the number of businesses with South Korean capital in Uzbekistan has doubled in the last four years, suggesting there is still more room for growth. Both countries are encouraging businesses to take advantage of this opportunity and combine South Korea’s advanced technologies and innovative developments with Uzbekistan’s strategic resources and human potential.

One example of this collaboration is the construction of a 30-story business center in Tashkent City by a South Korean company.
