The Art of the Commonwealth – 2023 Project Showcases Uzbek Artists’ Works

The symposium “The Commonwealth of Academic Arts: History and Modernity” held in Saint Petersburg has opened the cultural and exhibition project “The Art of the Commonwealth – 2023”, which aims to bring together the national cultural institutions of the CIS countries to promote and popularize national and academic forms of fine art.

The exhibition features works by the Chairman of the Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Akmal Nuriddinov, academicians S.Boybosinov and F.Akhmadaliyeva.

The event is attended by distinguished cultural figures of the Russian Federation such as folk artists – Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, Professor E.Maksimov, academician, Professor A. Bliok, academician, member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts, Vice-President of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia K. Petrov, academician, member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts, First Vice-President of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia E. Romashko and others.
