DUSHANBE, 03.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Representatives from Tajikistan met in Dushanbe to discuss the development of a pavilion for the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai.
On September 28, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection Abdukodir Mavlodod and Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of the UN Office for Project Services for Partnership Development Rostislav Virbensky discussed the provision of information materials and the organization of an event at the stand.
The meeting also focused on issues of bilateral cooperation in the area of environmental protection, climate change, waste management and desertification.
The UN Climate Change Conference is scheduled to take place in Dubai at the end of November. The conference will determine the course of the battle against climate change for the coming years.
