DUSHANBE, 03.04.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Bahodur Sheralizoda, Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of Tajikistan, and Oleg Guchgeldiev, representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Tajikistan, met to discuss mutual concerns and reached a consensus on environmental protection initiatives.
As a result of the meeting between the FAO and the Committee’s National Action Center for Environmental Protection, a project agreement was signed to collaborate on safeguarding agrobiological diversity and genetic resources in Tajikistan.
