DUSHANBE, 13.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The Tajikistan delegation, led by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Ahliddin Nuriddinzoda, attended the Regional Dialogue on the Central Asian Interconnected Infrastructure project from March 1 to March 12 in Istanbul.
The importance of increasing multilateral cooperation with Central Asian countries, particularly in regional transportation, logistics, and energy infrastructure, was emphasized.
This is evidenced by the fact that Central Asian countries account for 21% of Tajikistan’s total trade turnover, making them one of the country’s main trading partners.
During the thematic sessions, the Tajikistan delegation head proposed new projects for further discussion in the areas of transportation, logistics, energy, and information and communication technologies.
