Taiwan Central Bank Governor Yang Chin-long declared on Thursday that the large trade surplus between Taiwan and the United States requires time to be addressed.
The U.S. Treasury Department included Taiwan in its semi-annual report on the foreign exchange practices of major trading partners this week.
