DUSHANBE, 29.11.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The Dushanbe Declaration, adopted by the United Nations Special Economic Program for Central Asia and Azerbaijan, aims to promote cooperation in national and regional policies.
The document, which was signed at the SPECA-2024 Economic Forum in Dushanbe on November 26-28, outlines the shared priorities of the SPECA member countries, including the advancement of digital trade and the strengthening of the energy system.
During the forum, decisions were made to enhance collaboration and implement joint initiatives and objectives among the SPECA countries in various areas.
SPECA (United Nations Special Economic Program for Central Asia and Azerbaijan) was established in 1998 at the behest of the UN with the main objective of fostering economic development and bolstering regional cooperation.
