South Korea to Offer 8.5 Trillion Won in Government Bonds in October

The Ministry of Economy and Finance in South Korea has announced that 8.5 trillion won (US$6.34 billion) worth of state bonds will be available for sale in October. This includes 1 trillion won worth of two-year Treasurys, 1.5 trillion won worth of three-year bonds, 1.4 trillion won worth of five-year bonds, 1.5 trillion worth of 10-year Treasurys, 400 billion won worth of 20-year bonds, and 2.3 trillion won worth of 30-year bonds.

This month, South Korea issued 13.2 trillion won in state bonds.
