The Agency of Statistics has reported the quantity of foreign citizens who have come to Uzbekistan for leisure and tourism. In the first seven months of the year, 397.3 thousand foreign tourists have arrived in the country.
The majority of these visitors were from Russia (137.2 thousand), Kazakhstan (33.6 thousand), Tajikistan (21.5 thousand), Kyrgyzstan (20.3 thousand), Turkey (19.3 thousand), India (14.3 thousand), China (14.1 thousand), Turkmenistan (13.5 thousand), South Korea (12.1 thousand), and Germany (10.6 thousand).
