As part of his official visit to the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the exhibition of the industrial potential of Tatarstan at the Kazan Expo Center. The President of Uzbekistan was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov and Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Third Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia took place here yesterday. The President of Uzbekistan was briefed on the outcomes of this event.
The Leader of Uzbekistan gained knowledge of the industrial goods and technologies of leading enterprises of Tatarstan.


As part of the visit to the exhibition, a meeting was also held with the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov. Issues of practical implementation of agreements reached within the framework of the next Forum of Regions of Uzbekistan and Russia, primarily industrial cooperation projects, were discussed.
