Samarkand State Medical University and OPASCA partner to provide specialized training for healthcare workers

Rector of Samarkand State Medical University Jasur Rizayev welcomed a delegation from OPASCA, a German organization dedicated to digitalizing healthcare processes in order to improve the quality of medical services and the potential of specialists, as well as patients’ health. A tripartite agreement was signed between OPASCA, Samarkand State Medical University, and SamSIFL to create a student education system that will provide specialized training for healthcare workers. Through the program, students in the higher nursing direction of Samarkand State Medical University will attend Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages for two years to learn German, followed by a one-year study abroad program in Germany.
