The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, took off for a working visit to Hungary. On arriving at Budapest’s “Ferenc Liszt” International Airport, he was greeted by dignitaries.
During his visit, Mr. Berdimuhamedov will meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to talk about ways to further strengthen Turkmen-Hungarian relations in various fields.
It is believed that there is a lot of potential for increased bilateral trade and collaboration between business entities. Possible areas of cooperation include energy, transport, and communications.
Additionally, the Turkmen leader will be a special guest at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest.
