In commemoration of the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has issued a decree granting amnesty to individuals who have been convicted of crimes. This act of compassion and benevolence, inspired by the legacy of the nation’s forefathers, is meant to foster harmony and togetherness among the people of Turkmenistan. Those who are pardoned will no longer be required to serve their sentences, nor will they be subject to the additional punishment of residing in a specific location.
