DUSHANBE, 21.07.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The National Bank of Tajikistan has announced that, in accordance with a Presidential Decree, all public services will be paid for via non-cash methods from August 1.
Businesses, individual entrepreneurs and farmers will need to utilize a bank account for non-cash payments for public services. If they do not have a bank account, they can go to any financial institution to open one.
Individuals can use bank cards, electronic wallets, mobile apps, Internet banking, POS terminals and QR codes to pay for public services.
The group of state services subject to payment includes taxes, permits and license fees, other compulsory payments to the budget, fines, compulsory state insurance, healthcare, utilities and other public services.
