Mongolia’s Foreign Minister meets with OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities

According to a report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Battsetseg Batmunkh, the Foreign Minister of Mongolia, welcomed a delegation led by Kairat Abdrakhmanov, the High Commissioner on National Minorities for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The delegation is currently visiting Mongolia from April 1 to April 3.

The two parties discussed the potential for collaboration between the OSCE High Commissioner’s Office and Mongolia in implementing laws, government programs, and plans to protect and uphold the rights of national minorities.

Mongolia became a member of the OSCE in 2012, which currently has 57 member states.
