International Night Race Held in Bukhara

The Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports and the Hokimiyat of Bukhara region hosted an International Night Race in the ancient city of Bukhara. Participants of the race were able to admire the mosques, madrasahs, and domes that lined the route, creating a unique atmosphere.

The Bukhara Night Race was made possible with the support of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan and has become a highly anticipated event. Since 2019, the charity marathon “Samarkand Marathon” has been organized, with races taking place in Bukhara, Zaamin, Bostanlyk districts, and the city of Samarkand, to support charitable goals, such as the construction of children’s sports grounds.
