DUSHANBE, 19.12.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda and Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Marat Khusnullin attended a gathering of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia in Moscow.
The discussion centered around a variety of significant topics. Plans were made to further the collaboration within the Intergovernmental Commission in the following year. The parties achieved a consensus on some matters needing immediate resolution.
It was highlighted that Tajikistan is eager to enhance Tajik-Russian strategic cooperation in all feasible fields and is willing to continue to make all necessary efforts to foster systematic cooperation.
A number of contracts were signed, including the Protocol of joint activities of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
Intergovernmental pacts were also signed on the conditions for the construction and operation of an educational center for gifted children and the Vladimir Mayakovsky Drama Theater in Dushanbe.
