SEOUL, Sept. 20 (Yonhap) — HLB Co., a pharmaceutical firm, announced Wednesday that it intends to move its shares from the KOSDAQ secondary market to the Korea Exchange main bourse. The company said in a statement that it had signed a contract with Korea Investment & Securities Co. to switch to the Korea Exchange, without specifying when the transition would take place. HLB is the sixth-largest company on the KOSDAQ with a market capitalization of around 4 trillion won (US$3 billion).
