At a meeting of representatives from Central Asian countries and the Eastern Economic Committee of Germany in Berlin, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty and National Leader of the Turkmen people, extended an invitation to German companies to join in the development of an industrial cluster in the city of Arkadag. He expressed his appreciation of the German side’s long-standing support in the healthcare and medical industry, and expressed his readiness to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries.
On June 29th of this year, the opening of the new city of Arkadag took place. There are plans to construct a number of enterprises in its industrial zone, which will focus on the production of medical supplies, pharmacy products, and baby food. “In this context, we invite interested German companies to participate in the creation of this cluster,” said Berdimuhamedov.
