Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Grants Rejep Avezov with “Respect for Humanism” Badge

At the 24th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, held in Ashgabat, representatives from over 70 nations attended. As a result of the conference, a selection of participants were granted honorary awards of this country in recognition of their contributions to the activities of the Association, their efforts in bringing the culture, literature, and history of the Turkmen people to other peoples of the world, and in observance of the 32nd Anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan. Rejep Avezov, the head of the Turkmen National Cultural Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, was presented with the highest honor, the “Ynsanperwerligiň sarpasy” (“Respect for Humanism”) badge, in a formal ceremony officiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
