DUSHANBE, 20.02.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – During a meeting between Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan Manuchehr Safarzoda and representatives of the French company «Carpi», it was announced that the company has expressed interest in building hydropower plants on the Zarafshon River.
The company’s capabilities, potential, international experience, and past projects in the construction of hydroelectric dams in other countries were presented during the meeting.
The representatives from Carpi stated their readiness to participate in priority projects within the country’s energy sector.
