ECCK Names Former Beiersdorf Executive as New President

The European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) has appointed Stefan Ernst, a former executive of global skin care company Beiersdorf A.G., to take over from Christoph Heider as its president, starting October 1st.

Ernst, a German national, is known for his expertise in marketing and general management in various international companies, including Beiersdorf and Accenture Song. He was the managing director of the Korean branch of Beiersdorf, the maker of the popular Nivea cream and Eucerin brands, from 2010-2013. He is currently the chief operating officer at Zabel+Parners, an architecture firm based in Seoul.
