In Dushanbe on December 9, 2024, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan, Zavki Zavkizoda, held a meeting with Vladimir Yakunin, the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) in Tajikistan.
The importance of increasing financing for priority projects in various sectors of the country’s economy, such as industry, energy, agriculture, tourism, trade, education, healthcare, and digitalization, was emphasized.
Yakunin expressed his willingness to increase the amount of financing for projects in Tajikistan.
Both parties expressed their readiness to collaborate on developing new priority projects in key areas of the national economy.
