Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], July 29 (ANI): The Enforcement Directorate has issued a notice to Kalyani Solvex, a company located in Raiganj, West Bengal, in relation to an investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
The company’s Chairman, Krishna Kalyani, is a local MLA.
Kalyani Solvex was established in 2002 with the purpose of producing food products.
The company has been requested to provide documentation regarding advertisements aired on Kolkata Television and Rose TV channels during the years 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2021-22.
The agency has asked for details such as the length of the advertisements, the charge per second, the total length during the financial year, the total amount paid, and the account information of the recipients. (ANI)
