In recognition of the Revival of a new era in 2024, when the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi will be celebrated, and in order to honor the traditions of the Turkmens, unite our people living in different countries, and promote the policy of neutrality, peace, friendship, good neighborliness, and humanism of our state, the President has given the following resolution: the 25th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World will be held in September 2024 in Ashgabat. The Association is responsible for inviting foreign representatives in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan, establishing the necessary documents, and other organizational and preparatory work related to the Conference. The Vice-President of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World R. Bazarov will oversee the implementation of this Resolution. This is declared by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, President of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, and Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
