On the occasion of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s official visit to France, a conference titled “Science and Education: Building a Bridge between Uzbekistan and France” was held in Paris.
The event was attended by over 30 leaders from higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and France, as well as renowned experts in the fields of science and education.
Several universities in Samarkand have signed significant agreements with their French counterparts. The Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and the Innovative Methodological Center for Teaching French in France have signed a cooperation agreement to exchange experiences and implement innovative projects aimed at enhancing education quality. This agreement will contribute to improving French language education in accordance with international standards.
Representatives from the “Silk Road” International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Samarkand also actively participated in the “Cultural Heritage and Tourism” session, which focused on cooperation between France and Uzbekistan in preserving and developing historical heritage.
