At the opening of the new buildings of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan, certificates were awarded to the Academy. The rector of the Academy was presented with the certificate of the University DUISBURG ESSEN (Federal Republic of Germany) for the best architecture by the senior lecturer of this University, Mr. Bernd Reinhold Rosin. Professor Harald Apel from the Institute for Energy Economics and Energy Systems Technology named after Fraunhofer (FRG) also presented the rector with a Certificate of this Institute for the implementation of sustainable and advanced technologies. The introduction of innovative technologies and interactive teaching methods in the Academy classes facilitates the absorption of the material.
