UNESCO Headquarters hosted a special event in honor of the renowned composer Dmitri Yanov-Yanovsky’s “Melody of the Constellations” to mark the opening of an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Abu Rayhon Beruni in Paris. The composer crafted the piece to pay tribute to four great Eastern thinkers: Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn Sina, Abu Rayhon Beruni, and Mirzo Ulugbek.
The Art and Culture Development Foundation orchestrated the musical project, which was performed by the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the direction of Alibek Kabdurakhmanov.
