DUSHANBE, 25.12.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Ahliddin Nuriddinzoda had a gathering with a team from the Kashgar district of the Chinese Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region headed by the Secretary of the city committee Yao Ning.
The discussion concentrated on the potential of collaboration in various fields, including the foundation of joint endeavors in the free economic zones of Tajikistan, the development of industrial parks and the creation of industrial companies for the extraction of minerals and processing of metals to finished products in Tajikistan.
The parties also talked about matters of education, healthcare, agriculture, including the provision of organic and special in taste fruits and vegetables from Tajikistan to China, particularly to the Kashgar district.
Moreover, the Secretary of the Kashgar District City Committee asked the Tajik side to be a special guest at the Exhibition, which will be held in Kashgar in May 2024.
After the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation.
