The President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, accompanied by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, paid a visit to Uzbekistan and were able to explore the historical monuments of Samarkand city. They were first taken to the Observatory and Museum of Mirzo Ulugbek, where they learned about the achievements of the beloved grandson of Amir Temur and the successor of his work. The guests were then taken to the Mausoleum of Amir Temur and were told about his life, military leadership, and creative deeds. Furthermore, they visited the Registan complex, composed of the Mirzo Ulugbek, Sherdor, and Tillaqori madrassas, as well as the Shahi Zinda complex. All of these historical sites left a profound impression on the delegation of France.
