On Wednesday, CJ Olive Young Corp., a branch of the South Korean CJ Group, opened a store in Myeongdong, Seoul, designed for foreign customers. The outlet was renovated to become an online-to-offline (O2O) shopping platform.

The store provides information in three languages – English, Chinese, and Japanese – and has seen a dramatic increase in foreign purchases since January, with customers from China, Japan, Britain, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

The Korea Tourism Organization reported that foreign visitors to South Korea exceeded 1 million for the third consecutive month in September.
