DUSHANBE, 18.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – During a meeting, Minister of Transport Azim Ibrohim and Russian Association of Concrete Roads President Viktor Ushakov discussed the adoption of new road laying technologies.
Ibrohim acknowledged the increasing number of vehicles and their speed and carrying capacity in Tajikistan, resulting in a constant increase in road usage.
He emphasized the importance for the road transport industry in Tajikistan to find and implement efficient technologies for constructing and reconstructing highways.
With extensive experience in utilizing cement concrete road pavements in various CIS countries, Ushakov shared insights on the implementation of cement concrete laying technologies in Europe and Asia, highlighting the benefits of cement concrete pavements and the current demands on highways.
