In Dushanbe on March 15, 2024 (NIAT Khovar) – During the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) regional forum on sustainable development in Geneva on March 13, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zavki Zavkizoda, met with UNECE Executive Secretary Tatyana Molchan.
The two parties agreed to enhance collaboration in the development of a green economy.
It was mentioned that, at the request of Tajikistan, the UNECE will provide technical support in preparation for the United Nations Special Program on the Economics of Central Asia (SPECA), which will be led by Tajikistan in 2024.
