DUSHANBE, 26.02.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Firdavs Tolibzoda, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, held a meeting with a delegation from the World Bank in Dushanbe.
The discussion centered on the current state and future possibilities of the partnership between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the World Bank.
The two parties discussed various topics including implementing joint efforts towards creating an environmentally friendly economy, the progress of digitalizing Tajikistan’s economy, supporting private entrepreneurship, attracting financing for the private sector, developing the securities market and issuing green bonds, establishing correspondent accounts, promoting financial reforms, establishing a Banking Academy, and other related matters.
