On the occasion, the ceremony was attended by leaders from various sectors, foreign investors, district activists, and members of the public in Pap district. The 75-kilometer long 4P-112 highway is currently being reconstructed by the renowned Citic Construction company from the People’s Republic of China. During the event, Namangan region’s Hokim Shavkat Abdurazakov emphasized the significance of the highway in the region’s development and expressed gratitude towards the government for addressing the long-standing issue and fulfilling the residents’ dream. The friendly relations between the leaders of Uzbekistan and China were highlighted as a crucial factor in promoting cooperation and implementing large-scale projects. The elder statesmen who spoke at the event thanked the government for their efforts towards the country’s progress and the well-being of its people.
