SEOUL, Nov. 8 (Yonhap) — Kolon Industries Inc. revealed on Wednesday that its third-quarter net loss was 7 billion won (US$5.4 million), a sharp contrast to the 31.3 billion won profit it had made in the same period the year before.
The company stated in a regulatory filing that operating profit for the July-September period dropped 56.8 percent year-on-year to 22 billion won. Sales were also down 6 percent to 1.18 trillion won.
