On Wednesday, GS Holdings reported its third-quarter net profit of 700 billion won (US$536.6 million), which is a 24.9 percent rise from the same period the previous year.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, operating profit for the quarter was 1.21 trillion won, a decrease from 1.35 trillion won the year before. Additionally, sales dropped 12.4 percent to 6.48 trillion won.
