Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Japan Mukhsinkhuja Abdurakhmanov and Deputy Hokim of Fergana region Khurshidjon Akhmedov met with Japanese tourism and hospitality entrepreneur Noriyuki Seki in Osaka. 
During the meeting, they agreed to facilitate the export of dried fruits and textile products from Fergana to hotels and restaurants in Japan. The Japanese expertise in the hotel and restaurant industry will also be utilized to improve the tourism and hotel services in Fergana region.
Noriyuki Seki, a prominent entrepreneur, owns more than 60 large hotels, 10 prestigious restaurants, cafes, and bars.
This collaboration presents an opportunity for Fergana producers to expand their presence in the global market.
