On November 15, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, the First Lady of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was invited by Emine Erdogan, the First Lady of the Republic of Türkiye, to join the United for Peace in Palestine Summit. The gathering, chaired by Mrs. Erdogan, was attended by the Queen of Malaysia Tunku Azizah, the first ladies of Bangladesh Rebecca Sultana, Bosnia and Herzegovina Sabina Komšić, Palestine Amina Abbas, the mother of the Amir of Qatar Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al-Missned, spouse of the Prime Minister of Lebanon May Mikati, spouse of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Sadia Rahmatullah, and representatives from other countries.
The summit was held to express strong support for ending the plight of civilians in Gaza and to find a resolution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
