Panaev Farms, an enterprise in Nukus, has begun producing and selling dairy products with the ability to disinfect SARS-CoV-2. The Immune Milk Project was initiated in 2021 by the International Center for Molecular Allergology and the Medical University of Vienna. To conduct the experiment, cows were imported from Austria and Germany and vaccinated with the Uzbekistan – Chinese ZF-UZ-VAC2001 vaccine.

Analysis of the milk after the second dose of the vaccine revealed the presence of antibodies that neutralize the virus. In October 2022, Panaev Farms began producing pasteurized milk in small volumes under the Immune Milk trademark.

The results of the project have been published in the prestigious journal Frontiers in Nutrition. Experts believe that this new product is essential in light of the WHO’s statement about the spread of a new variant of the Eris omicron strain. UzA
